Terms and Conditions

All room rate include 15% service charge and 1 or 2 ABF.
All room rate include 1 or 2 ABF.
We can offer shuttle buses among all the hotels.
To assure that the room is available, please book the room in advance.
The room will be considered guaranteed after you have paid the bargain money.
IF you want to cancel or revise your order, you are expected to notify us 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, you should pay the penalty for the room rate because of your lagging.
The special room rate is only available during 27th July-1st Aug ITMA ASIA+CITME 2008, it is only from NSCITS. If you reserve the room directly with the hotel or other ways, the hotel rate will be different.

Payment & Cancellation

Please pay all your fee by US dollar and all your arrangement will be guaranteed after we receive your payment.
Any cancellations should be informed at least two weeks in advance; Amendment should be informed seven days in advance. Cancellations or no shows that occur on the day of any of the proposed arrival will be charged one night room charge as penalty.
If you want to book the hotel after the deadline, we will arrange the room according to the hotel condition.

Other services

Order flight tickets. You can order the flight tickets in the exhibition center when you see the table of NSCITS.
Mobile phone card. You can also buy some mobile phone cards in the exhibition center when you see the table of NSCITS.
Tour line. We can offer some special tour line for your reference and arrange all the tour for you (you can find some tour line from our website).
Guide & translator. We can offer guide and translator for different languages.
Business trip. We can arrange your group to visit the famous factories in this line in shanghai and its circumjacent area.
Package. We can also offer you the package with most reasonable price (see from our website).
