Terms and Conditions


  1. The rates provided here are applicable ONLY through our travel agency. Hotels will not have the same rates in their reservation system.
  2. Your will be charged ONLY after the booking is confirmed. At the same time, we will e-mail your Confirmation / Accommodation Voucher to you, which must be used for check-in purpose.

    The registered guest should sign the Confirmation / Accommodation Voucher and present to hotel upon check-in. Our travel agent shall take no responsibility if any voucher is missing.
  3. Due to processing requirement, occasionally we are unable to confirm your reservation immediately.

    Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavor to process your booking request as soon as possible, unfortunately at times we are unable to finalize your request within so short time. Circumstances that may cause delays in replying to you include international public holidays and time zone differences.

  4. Any cancellation should be informed at least two weeks in advance. The charge for cancellation depends on the terms and conditions of hotels specified in booking.

    The information you sent to us should include 1) E-mail address used in the booking; 2) First and Last Name used in the booking, which can help us to process efficiently.

    If you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours after submission of information, please kindly re-send again because previous information is supposed not to be received by our company.
  5. Any amendment within 7 days before your designated check-in date will be considered late amendment. Late amendment will be subjected to fee based on hotel’s amendment policy.

    Should you require changing a booking from originally reserved hotel to another hotel, instead of amendment fee, cancellation fee will be applied. The charge for cancellation depends on the terms and conditions of hotels specified in booking.

    The information you sent to us should include 1) E-mail address used in the booking; 2) First and Last Name used in the booking, which can help us to process efficiently.

    Please kindly allow us to have sufficient time to process your new requests, together with new voucher sent to you.

    If you do not receive any confirmation within 24 hours after submission of information, please kindly re-send again because previous information is supposed not to be received by our company.
  6. All customers should provide a valid email address on the Reservation Form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence in relation to your booking. Please kindly inform us if there will be any change of email. We bear no responsibility for any incorrect information.
  7. We will try our best to fulfill your requests. However, we cannot fully guarantee, all depends on the availability of your designated hotel during check-in.
  8. In case of any problems or complaints, please kindly inform us at your earliest convenient, which can help us to solve the issues immediately. For any unsettled complaints during exhibition, please kindly inform us within 3 days after the end of exhibition. If those complaints related to hotels, a copy of complaints letter should be sent to hotel, with hotel manager’s acknowledgement. Any delay for information will affect the final resolution.
